In some cases, a nurse may call you at home to discuss your condition and determine the most appropriate appointment time. All patients are initially assessed by a nurse and, if required, reviewed by a doctor.

After-hours care
5:00pm – 8:00am
Please call first if you require medical attention after hours. You will be triaged over the phone by a nurse and, if needed, a doctor.
They will advise whether care is available locally that night or if you need to travel to Kaitaia or Kawakawa.
