Security and privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Health365 uses strong security measures, including encryption and password‑protected access. Health365 does not store your health information — it provides a secure link to records held by Hauora Hokianga.

Extra security: Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA)

From Thursday 12 March 2026, all Health365 users will need to complete an extra security step when logging in.

After entering your username and password, a one‑time security code will be sent to the email address linked to your Health365 account.

Helpful tips:

  • Make sure you can access the email linked to your Health365 account
  • Check your spam or junk folder if the code doesn’t arrive
  • The security code is valid for 5 minutes

This added step, similar to online banking security, helps protect your personal health information.
