Our Health Improvement Practitioner (HIP) works as part of the General Practice Team to deliver brief support and intervention for all age groups. The HIP works with people to develop skills and strategies to support their own health and wellbeing needs.

Our Health Coaches (HC) are non-clinical staff who will work alongside people to enhance lifestyle and wellbeing through links to community services, groups and classes. The HC will provide links to local community resources that support wellbeing including community and peer support, marae, whanau ora services and churches.
